Re: Sample Contract & Kill Fees
Does anyone out there have a sample contract they can share with me? I don't mind what format its in.
At the risk of sounding too much like a lawyer (OK, I am a lawyer!), I always caution against heavy reliance on any "sample contract," simply because the terms of any particular situation are almost always unique. In the GigaLaw.com article "Ten Tips for Creating a Bad Business Agreement," http://www.gigalaw.com/articles/gall-2000-07-p1.html , one of the "tips" is: "Use a form from the last deal."
