There are few HTMl indexing programs around, including some free ones. I cannot
recall details offhand. There's at least one on sourceforge: http://sourceforge.net/projects/siteindexer/
Free code for producing those is, I think, still somewhere in the FreeS/WAN
distribution (probaly doc/utils), though I've stopped using that index in
recent releases. If you cannot find it or don't understand it, send off-list
mail.
