I work only offsite. I have also worked with agencies in the Seattle area
who have gotten me off-site gigs. I primarily get work through my network of
professional aquaintances, former clients, and by watching the job boards,
listing myself at job boards, bidding on projects at elance.com,
freeagent.com, and so on.
