CPAs and attorneys charge $100s per hour and if you run to one of them
every time you have a minor question the bills could be high. For legal
matters I first try a Nolo Press book. Their lawyers are as good as any
you can hire. For a very complex matter, I'll seek an attorney. Nolo
handles 95% of my needs.

For tax questions TurboTax has handled my personal and business needs
for many years. Studies have shown that if you ask 50 tax "experts"
including the IRS, to do your taxes, you will get 50 answers.
I think that any technical writer is smart enough to handle routine
legal and financial matters.
