Becca,

I'd suggest having a two-part, function based manual. One part deals with
SQL procedures and one part deals with Oracle procedures.

It's just cleaner that way unless you could have an administrator sitting =
down to set up a list of users, some in Oracle and some in SQL. Seems =
really unlikely...
