Hi Whirlers --
I have a large, detailed drawing in Canvas that I need to link
into an html file. The printed version is a (cronically out of
date) wall chart with small print and detailed diagrams. People
typically use it by focusing on the small area they are
interested in, with quick scans of the surrounding area for
context. We need to be able to scale the document up and down
between context views and detail views (as we do in Canvas). The
difficulty is that this has to work under several flavors of
Unix, Windows and (optionally) Mac, so I can't just link in the
Canvas file itself.
All the file formats I've attempted have resulted in a bit map
that has nowhere near enough resolution. But I am certainly a
novice in the subject of graphics formats. Any suggestions?
-- Meg
