Just to add to Chris' comment, you can get a long way there now by using XHTML
and CSS. I haven't had occasion to do a document in XHTML Basic, but W3C says
it contains the minimum needed to structure for PDAs now. I'm just looking for
the application to test that, as I don't have a PDA myself.
FYI, for those who don't know, XHTML is a specific application of XML. Once we
get some good XML user agents, we should be in business for going whole hog
with our own DTDs.
