Subject:Justification for hiring a contract editor From:"Leanne Rollins" <leanne -at- mitra -dot- com> To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- raycomm -dot- com> Date:Thu, 10 May 2001 09:09:39 -0400
Hi all,
Has anyone written a proposal that details/justifies hiring an editor on
contract? My group of 4 full time, 1 part time writers supports 15+
client-server products, and we have little time for peer editing. I'm
feeling lazy, so rather than re-invent the wheel I thought I'd ask if
anyone would be willing to share a copy of said justification. As the
team lead, I'm going on mat leave in 3 weeks, and I'd like to get this
ball rolling before I go.
I checked the archives, but found nothing of the kind.
