You need to edit your cross-reference definition. By default, the one you
seem to be using uses <$paratext> in the definition. This element grabs the
text of the paragraph you are referenceing and inserts it. If you want it to
say something different, delete <$paratext> and create a new definition
based on what it is you want the x-ref to say.
