Probably the largest difference you can expect is more emphasis on how
you work with others. That might include questions about why you want to
move from contracting to full-time work.
To a large extent, results are the chief concern when hirng a
contracting. If a contractor doesn't get on with someone, it may not
matter much. Any unpleasant situation will be temporary, and often can
be minimized even more by having the contractor work with different
people, or off-site. By contrast, there's less flexibility with a
full-time person who doesn't fit in.
For much the same reason, the hiring process may be more rigorous in
general. But if you're on your second interview, you've probably figured
that out.
