For a FT position, I imagine you're more likely to ask about the
company's future, the possibility of promotion, the manager's style,
etc than you would for a contract.
Also coming to mind: flextime & telecommuting policies, how long have
the other team members worked there, how long has the manager held
his or her position, what's the company's 5-year plan, what do they
expect from you in the first 90 days, what in the first 180 days -
specific deliverables (i hate that word).
Of course you've already researched the company so you know how old
it is, what its most recent accomplishment was, etc. You might want
to know how a competitor's recent release of the Widge-O-Meter
affects this company's future plans, and also why this company is a
better place to work than its competitors.
Most of the big job sites have "how to interview" sections. Don't let
it bog you down, but scanning the lists of suggested questions might
spark off a few of your own.
