File attributes...doesn't open the file and do a contents
comparison...just a file management tool, not content management.
OTOH...with the exception of someone TRYING to fool me, if I have
FileA.jpg in c:\Files, dated 6/01/01 and I open it today (6/19/01)
and edit it, then put the new version (same name) in c:\Files01, why
wouldn't it the lastest file have the date 6/19/01?
I know there are ways of making the date what I want, but for run of
the mill file maintenance, where would I be fooled?
