Person A has a manual on his hard drive. It's from 1996. He saw it there
last week, opened it, printed it, and then closed it (clicking OK to the
Save prompt) and said "Ya know, this really ought to be on the network."...
Meanwhile, you edited that manual (same file name) in another folder one
month ago. Suddenly there are two with relatively current dates, the old
manual with the more recent date.
It's not a stretch, believe me. ;)
