> Short of manually re-entering the 1000 names again into separate
groups of
> around say 200 names, (hours and hours and hours of work!) how can I
either
> copy the existing names to separate groups within Outlook Express
and then
> delete from each group around 700 names and then try to send - or
copy them
> to Outlook proper and try to send from there?
Frank
Try this in Outlook Express
1. Tools --> Address Book
2. Click on the New icon and select New Group.
3. Give the group a name--i.e., Group 1-- and select Select Members
4. Add the first 200 names by highlighting the names and clicking
Select.
5. Click on OK twice.
6. Repeat for each group of 200 names.
Now send a separate e-mail to each group.
