I think this is an excellent idea. If you don't already have a style guide
in place, this would be a great opportunity to create one. This way, you
have a set of guidelines that *clearly* state how procedures should be
written, how to label screen shots, etc. I think it'll be far more
difficult for this consultant to complain if your documentation procedures
are outlined in black and white.
