The situation and my question:

My employer has a Web page for its distance learning students, and they
want all DL students to complete an "orientation" and evaluation online;
however, initial student access needs to be limited to the orientation and
evaluation section. What is the best way to limit access to the site until
the students have completed the orientation and evaluation (once the
orientation and evaluation are sumitted complete access is given to them)?
Any help would be appreciated.
