Kathy Frost reports that the menus and toolbars are missing in her copy of
Word 2000.

I occasionally have a situation like that in Word 97, but it appears to be related to low resources -- menus and toolbars are there, but totally blank. If I close Word and open it again (rebooting if resources are too low), they always come back.
