Rather than which software is better, you might want to ponder which
software is more appropriate.
For all Frame's virtues, it produces documents in file formats that may
not be useful to (or modifiable by) your readers. The last two companies
I've worked for used Word for ALL business documents and correspondence.
Within this context, Frame is useless except for producing finished hard
copies, PDFs, etc.
For sharing and collaborating on documents (which both of these companies
do a LOT), Frame is not effective, because the majority of the personnel
don't have it on their machine, are not familiar with Frame, and are
already familiar with Word.
So, before getting caught up in Frame's virtues (which are many - I like
it a lot), make sure that it will be a useful tool for whoever is
reading/using the documents you create.
If it isn't, you could end up using a really nice screwdriver to hammer a
nail into a wall. And that's silly, when there's a more appropriate tool
available, even if you don't like the company who manufactures the hammer.
