Bad Resumes (was: For those who hire... what makes a resume stand out?)

These remind me of when a much disliked co-worker (at a former employer, not
this one) was "laid off" and left behind a copy of his highly fictionalized
resume on the server. The file eventually got passed around to most of the
office, and everybody took a crack at giving it the MST3K treatment (each in
a different color so we could tell what was new with each revision).
According to his resume, I never even worked there because he was claiming
sole responsibility for all of the duties I (among others) had.
