I don't understand what the question is. Are you suggesting GroupWise users cannot use a "mailto" link? This is not true. We use GroupWise, and mailto works just fine. Can you tell us what problem your GroupWise users are having?

In Our RoboHelp Html Project (Draft) on the Intro Page we have provided
a Email address for Feedback.
(Previous mails on - Apathy regards users and others) So that they can
- with minimum effort - put in comments /feedback.
( href="mailto:girls=evil -at- tecom -dot- com">Email reply to :</a> )
Which works well when Outlook is the default mailer. ( Have received
some very good feedback this way.
BUT
Our problem is most of our user have GroupWise and Not Outlook
installed / or enabled.
Does anyone know, or can they assist , or advise me / us in setting it
up so that it will default to GroupWise.
