Dear all

Could anybody advise on books, online resources, etc which might be
helpful for me to improve an existing online help system which has been
created with RoboHelp?
At the moment, the help system is restricted to providing help about an
application dealing with supply chain management. But we would like to
extend it to include a set of tutorials which people may use.
I am particularly interested in advise on the design side of the help
system, rather than the mechanics of putting one together.

Many thanks...
