We also use images in our help, especially dialog box and window images.
By choice, our programs do not have field level help. So we create SHGs to
provide field level information. Also our help windows, by choice, take up
alot of screen real estate. The user cannot see the entire input screen.
Lastly, our audience is pretty non-technical and likes it that way. If
it's not in front of their faces, they won't remember it.
