Then I always try and focus on the relevant area in a screenshot and capture that instead of grabbing the whole screen and consuming space. Unless it is very necessary i do not go for the whole screen. of course one should not capture incomplete screens for example if you want to display a menu bar , capture the complete menu bar but you could do away with the internet explorer bar or the space which is below that if that is not very relevant.
