Subject:The word "STEP" in steps or is it procedures From:Ellen Vanrenen <ellen -dot- vanrenen -at- clear-technology -dot- com> To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- raycomm -dot- com> Date:Wed, 19 Sep 2001 12:37:34 -0600
Point of contention here: whether or not to use the word Step in a procedure
in large type with the step text completely bolded.
I like to just use:
1
2
3
Why would one use the word steps in a procedure? Isn't a procedure always
made up of steps? Seems redundant to me. Is there a demarcation out there I
am unaware of?
Thanks, Ellen
