I want to print a thumb index on the far right-hand edge of pages in FrameMaker. The thumb index appears OK on the screen. However, when I try to print, nothing is printed 0.5 cm from the edge.
I have tried fiddling around with printer drivers and FrameMaker configurations, but nothing seems to work.
Any ideas please???
