I've included regular and administrative tasks in the same book
by indicating the admin functions with a key icon. Perhaps you
could use icons for Bs and Cs, leaving the A tasks unlabeled.
As far as explaining the different rolls, I'm not sure I'd go
into any detail; just explain the use of the icons somewhere in
the front of the book and go on from there.
