I don't keep any paper. Everything is electronic.
My documents are sent via email and I keep the delivery receipt along
with the email from the client that the documents are ready for
delivery.
10 years, haven't had a probem.
Version control? Nope
At the point of delivery, no versions matter except for the
deliverable. Version contol at that point if for CYA and I've taken
my precautions prior to that.
