This isn't a lot of information to go on, but I would definitely encourage
you to work with your company's Training group (if there indeed is one) so
you won't have to start from scratch.

Another piece of wisdom (learned through experience) - get *very* specific
goals. "Online training" isn't anywhere near specific enough. Something
very clearly defined (i.e., "Provide all our users with access to basic
training on A, B, and C, and report the results to a database.")

As for platforms & software, there are zillions of 'em -- from
do-it-yourself HTML/Flash to expensive, customizable packaged solutions.
You'll need a budget for both money and resources before you can make an
informed selection.
