And that's where it is now. Look at the graphical boom
of the mid-late 1990's. Everyone was going for the
slickest possible interface for their work, whether it
was an application, training, or some form of
documentation. Now what do we see? Text. Informative
text. We're documenting for cell phones, PDAs,
hand-held messaging units... Of course the "text boom"
might be due to technological limitation (only so much
screen real estate), but the fact remains that when
all else fails, pure accurate info remains on top.
