RE: Production cycle knowledge

Rowena,
I am currently learning how to integrate help files the same way I've learned
every other aspect of the production cycle - on the fly.  I, personally, would
LOVE to have attended a class to give me some background, though truthfully, I
probably have a much more complete understanding of the aspects I'm involved
with since I had to thrash it out myself.  An overview would have given me a
starting point, however.
