Here is my theory. I think there are a lot of people who have
lost jobs and don't have anything better to do so they've
joined Spammers R Us. Either that or the money is drying up
and the spammers are looking harder for addresses. I've seen
an increase on addresses not associated with techwr-l.
Regarding those $12 e-mail accounts in Washington; don't you
still have to have a local account to check your mail? Do you
just let your local account fill up with the spam and never
download it?
There's one sure-fire method to eliminate spam, become Amish.
