Rummaging around a little from the links I gave earlier, I've found the

It doesn't meet all your criteria. You get source code for Unix and
making it run on 95 might be some work.
On the other hand, it does meet mine. Mainly, the author is credible,
a known researcher in the area. For any security-related work, that is
very important. There is so much "snake oil" around that there are
actually FAQs on how to recognise and avoid it:
