Interesting thread. When my first full-time editing job for a magazine
didn't pan out (mag when under three issues later), I turned down an
editing job for a big publisher of "adult" literature. I didn't want
that to become my niche. I feared I would never be granted an interview
in another sector if I had that experience on my résumé. Also, I was
worried my brain would turn to mush.

I'm not morally opposed to porn (though there is quite a lot of it that
I don't find attractive at all), but I would not work for a pornography
because I would not want that name on my resume to be seen by future
prospects who might have a problem with it.
