ROTFL. I love the way you phrased that question. Although FrontPage is allegedly an HTML program, it puts so much extraneous garbage and proprietary tags into the code that it hardly qualifies. Although FP is easy to learn, I would recommend using just about any other WYSIWYH HTML editor instead.
If you can use Word, Frame, or just about any sort of text editing program, you should have little to no problem figuring out the interface to something like DreamWeaver and the small extra effort required would be worth it in the long run, plus it comes with my favorite (text-based) editor, HomeSite.
Even if you do use a WYSIWYH program to get started, learn as much about the actual tagging as you can. No matter how good the app you're using is, you will need to tweak the code at some point. This is also another reason to avoid FP because it will teach you a lot of bad habits if you try to emulate its output.
