I really like what Macromedia has done on its Flash support website.
Basically it has all the regular "how-to" & troubleshooting tech-notes, but
it also has an area called "Flash Examples," with sample files you can
download. In addition, each sample file has an annotated, step-by-step
guide to show you how and why they did it.
Anyway, as usual, my hat goes off to Macromedia. We're starting to
incorporate this type of stuff into our online help as well.
