I can chime in here. I am a game writer and it carries over very well.
Explaining rules that are assumed to be brand new to the reader is the same
in many ways as an information software package. There's the added spec of
actually making it entertaining and inspiring of course.
Does it make as much money? Hell no, but it's a lot more fun when you're
"testing the product!"
