The same as always...the least they can persuade someone to accept.
Tell interviewers that you expect to be fairly compensated for the duties they expect you to perform. When pressed for numbers, tell them that you will listen to what they consider to be a fair offer. If pressed further, remind them that there are many components of a compensation package and it should be considered as a whole rather than just focusing on the salary aspect (stock options, vesting schedule, 401K contributions, medical benefits, retirement plan, etc.).
