Re: Anyone Hide Easter Eggs in Docs?
I think I've mentioned this here before. I like to use themes for the fake user names in my screenshots. I did the secret identities of the Justice League once (Clark Kent, Bruce Wayne, Diana Prince, etc.), the members of Pink Floyd, and the Stooges.I think it's not properly an Easter egg if it's out in the open.
A manual I once worked on had a chapter on using the product to do math and graphing. The product could graph mathematical functions, and a user could label the graphs. Also, the product would show perturbations in a function if the user inserted extraneous values. To illustrate functions, I graphed a simple parabola and labeled it "y = x squared." Then I did some funny things to it and called the resulting graph "y = x static." I don't know if anyone ever got the joke.
