As a good friend is wont to say, "Nagging is the repetition of unpalatable
truths."
Start adding THAT as your sig line to the recalcitrant ones ...

Definitely the worst thing that can happen, though being burned at the stake
for complaining about compulsory socialising with co-workers is also the
kind of thing that can ruin your entire day. <g>

Oh, it's not fun, but I deal with it by wandering over with a bright smile
on my face and saying "I'm sorry, but you have just entered into the nagging
stage. From now on, I'm going to remind you about X document every day until
it gets done." Reminders thereafter are introduced as "Hello, this is my
daily scheduled nag about the X document." The developers here mostly find
it funny. I haven't had to buy doughnuts for weeks. Mmmm, doughnuts.
