Document review meetings, when:
-- you know darn well no one has read the documentation, or
-- the participants always work from an old copy of the document (inspite
of all the update notices you have sent), and/or
-- the participants save all their changes from the last three months and
unload them all on you at the meeting (inspite of repeated calls for
edits/changes/adds)
