In all the discussion about using styles because if ya don't, you are
dinged, we forgot the real reason why styles should be used....
The document just plain looks better. It is more consistent. It is
easier to manipulate and update. Aren't these the real reason TO do
it? Not becuase of what someone else may think.
That's perhaps why those that want to see them used feel strongly
about it...they just want to know that if the person is hired, they
are going to be efficient and their output is going to look the way
its supposed to.
