Thanks to all.

Carolyn Weaver pointed me to <http://www.asindexing.org>, where I found a
list of links to thesauri related sites.  And once I found out that search
engines should be pointed to "thesaur* & management & (software |
application* | program*)", I found a whole lot of useful stuff, some of
which overlapped with links sent to me by mbennet and Bob Huerster:

An odd phenomenon: a lot of sites think "thesauri" is singular, not seeming
to realise that these are many instances of "thesaurus" roaming in herds.
