Not that I disagree with concentrating on pure content, but I find it
easier to organize my thougths when I use a tool which allows me to say,
during the writing: this is a heading and this not.

At a point, i had to use plain text and import, I found that I lost a
lot of time going through the whole text doing something i did not find
interesting: "this is heading 1, click here, this is heading 2, click
there;"
