How "robust" (I hate that buzzword, but in this case it fits) is the
application?

If it's not too complex, would something like a laminated quick-reference
card be useful or practical?

That way marketing could design and print a pretty document (thus making
them happy), but the users might actually USE the thing.

This may be way off the mark - just an idea...
