Karen Casemier asked about documentation that would be practical but also usable
as a sales tool...

I know nothing about RF interfaces, so this idea may not work... but how about a
"quick reference card"?

Maybe document some basics in a small space, include some diagrams or other
visuals, and print it up double-sided on smallish or foldable cards. Use full
color if you can, or at least spot color. You could laminate the cards for
durability in the warehouse environment, and hand them out--or, for larger
cards, punch a hole in one corner, and hang them in convenient spots on the
floor.

Quick to write, purty for the marketing guys, and--hopefully--handy for the
operators.
