Editing test

For those of who now looking at the test:

-- I noticed that extra "to" a week or so after  I sent the test and figured
it was so innocuous as to be meaningless.

--The query about "construed" or "constructed" thing is indeed unnecessary,
now that I gaze upon the rest of the sentence with a fresh eye.
