Assuming you mean the following:
Each "thread" is a different author creati9ng their own documents.
PDF Writer is software that converts Word documents to PDF form.
IF this is accurate, install Distiller to a machine that watches a
shared network drive. Each writer, when they are done with a
document, prints it to that watched folder as a PostScript file.
As each PS file appears in the directory automatically converted to a PDF.
