If you are in violation of your EULA and somebody turns you in and there are other issues, maybe. In reality, I doubt it. This is a spirit versus letter thing, I suspect.

I can't answer that with a yes or no... you'd have to
ask Adobe. The real question is, would they (and you)
follow the spirit or the letter of the law?
