I am not sure how many of you out there work on proposals, but lately I've
the honor of writing and editing our proposals. My boss is asking me to
work on a value assessment form for the proposal process. Basically it's a
form that would allow certain upper management people to fill out a form of
yes/no questions (with a comment section) that would assess whether or not
this RFP is something we should bid on. The questions we've come up with so
far are: Do we have enough time? Do we fulfill the legal requirements? Do
we fulfill the technical requirements? etc We could then use these forms in
our pre-proposal meeting to decide if we should actually continue down the
proposal road.
Do any of you have forms like this? Do any of you know where I should look?
Do any of you have question suggestions?
TIA,
Jason
