There are two tools built into Word that I can think of:
- Macros
- Batch Wizard (with Word to RTF conversion)
Guess what? They are both described in Word's online help. Not to be too snide, but RTFM.

Subject: Batch conversion ( DOC to RTF) ??
Does anyone know of a tool that will do batch conversions of Doc files to
rtf files. I regularly have to open dozens of doc files and "save as rtf."
Thanks
Evan Martin
